Local 304 stands in support of landmark rental housing policy in Seattle

Seattle City Council passed (12/12/16) landmark policy to make rental housing in Seattle more accessible to all and cap extreme move-in fees.

WFSE Local 304 member Alex Bacon testified on behalf of Local 304 and echoed Seattle renters everywhere who struggle to keep in step with the quickly escalating cost of living in Seattle. It’s one of the most expensive rental markets in the country.

WFSE members have said everywhere they should be able to live in the communities where they work.
